  • Evidence Vault files (PDFs, documents, images)
  • Uploaded questionnaires and your responses
  • Custom answers and match selections

(c) Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and actions taken within the application (e.g., exports, matches accepted).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process your questionnaire responses and generate exports
  • Perform answer matching within your workspace

  • Improve and optimize the Service

Important: We do NOT use your Answer Library content, Evidence files, or questionnaire data to train AI models. Your proprietary business information remains yours.

We do NOT sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

  • Your Answer Library and Evidence files are permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Questionnaires and responses are permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Backup copies are purged within 90 days
  • Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under applicable privacy laws (including CCPA, the California DELETE Act of 2026, GDPR, and state privacy laws):
